So for some reason you may want to return an item purchased on blu-boy.com? No problem!
From receipt, you have 14 days to decide if you want to return any item. Please contact us at [email protected] and let us know what’s up with your purchase and we’ll happily sort it out for you.
Okay so first thing to do is pop it back in the blu-boy mailer bag in the original condition, with tags still on, and post it back to the address shown on the ‘Order Complete’ email you received from us. Once we receive your package, we’ll exchange or refund as you instruct. If you would like other items in exchange for your original purchase, please let us know via email at [email protected].
If you require a refund we will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing.
Once we receive your returned order, we will have a look at it and if we’re happy that the returned item is in satisfactory condition, we will proceed to process the exchange or refund. Refunds will only be made to the card used to make the original purchase.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To return your orders simply follow these steps:

Returns should be made by Registered Mail Only in their original condition, with tags still on, to the address shown on the ‘Order Complete’ email you received from us, within 14 working days from receipt. Items that are worn, damaged will not be refunded and any returned items will be sent back to the original delivery address. Please use the blu-boy mailer bag, or pack all items in a secure mailer bag.
Return to the address shown on the ‘Order Complete’ email you received from us.
